The owl was a real treat. I think that's the first time I've had an opportunity to observe one for so long. If I'd been outside when I spotted it, it surely would've taken off much sooner.

Cardinals we see often. I never tire of their vibrant red and the orangish tones of the female. Such lovely birds!
